Linda L. Kruschke has a story included in the forthcoming anthology Triumph from Tragedy to be released this month.

Sherri Langton has seven devotionals in The Quiet Hour and is working on another assignment from them as well as two assignments for AG NEWS, an online news magazine from the Assemblies of God.

Jennifer Anne F. Messing had a short story, “Tall, Dark, and Handsome…” place as a finalist in the 2021 Summer Short Story Competition of Secret Attic Hub, a UK-based online magazine. Her short story, together with other finalist and prize-winning pieces, was published in their paperback anthology released in September.

Rebecca Stuhlmiller has signed a contract to write seven devotionals for The Quiet Hour.

Christy Award Finalists

The annual Christy Awards are given out by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association. Two of our members are finalists:

Christina Suzann Nelson is a finalist for The Way It Should Be in the general fiction category. 

Carrie Stuart Parks is a finalist for Relative Silence in the mystery/suspense/thriller category.

Other friends and recent conference keynoters are also finalists for the Christy for historical romance: Sarah Sundin for When Twilight Breaks and Roseanna M. White for Portrait of Loyalty.
