All onsite lodging prices reflect a three-night stay, with priority given to full-time conferees. Cost of meals is included in your onsite lodging option.
Riverfront Lodge (full-time conferees only)
This is the most modern onsite accommodation. Rooms have their own bathrooms and air-conditioning. Bed and bath linens furnished. All rooms have a queen bed and one or two sets of bunk beds. If you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, please request a first-floor room.
Double-occupancy – $395 per person
Triple-occupancy – $370 per person
(Single-occupancy is not available in Riverfront Lodge)
Plaza Lodge
All rooms are on the second floor with no elevator. There are two twin beds and a desk in each room. Restroom facilities are in the hallway. Bed and bath linens furnished.
Single-occupancy – $375 per person
Double-occupancy – $320 per person
Woodland Cabins
Do you want the camp experience? The cabins might be the right fit for you. If you choose this accommodation, please remember to bring your own bedding and bathroom linens. Shared restrooms are right down the path.

Triple-occupancy – $260 per person
Bunkhouse, Tent Sites, RV – $215 per person
Bunkhouse – Bunkhouses have many beds in one building and a restroom nearby. You will need to furnish your own bedding and bath linens.
Tent Sites – Tent sites have 20-amp electric and a water spigot. There is a restroom facility nearby. The price is per person (or conferee) for three nights, per site.
RV Sites – RV sites have 20-amp electric and a water spigot. There is a restroom facility nearby. If you require air-conditioning, please be prepared to use your generator. While these are not full hook-up sites, there is a dump station available for use on your way out. The price is per person (or conferee) for three nights, per site.
Part-Time Lodging
Due to a limited supply of onsite lodging, we’re asking part-time attendees to make reservations at a nearby hotel.
