“That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

2 Corinthians 12:10 (niv)

Lord, in this time when the security of familiarity is ripped away with change and uncertainty, You never change. In a day when we’re stretched in directions unfamiliar to us, You go before us. Help us start and finish with You, not our gifts or lack of them. Not our fears or illusions. In You, we have nothing to prove and nothing to hide. You gave us You. And our gifts and calling are empowered by You, despite our weaknesses. Let us start and finish with You.
