9:30–10:20 General Session: Bill Carmichael, “Writing with Heart and Integrity”
10:20–10:50 Morning Break – refreshments and time to visit the book table
10:50–11:40 General Session: Nancie Carmichael, “What It Takes to Develop Your Message”
11:40-12:20 OCW Business Meeting: announcements, recognition of new members and publishing firsts, and introduction of workshop teachers
12:30–1:30 Lunch in the banquet hall (Can no longer bring your own lunch), Book Table
