There are two ways to register for the OCW Winter 2008 One Day Conference - by mail or online.

To register by mail:

Download the Registration Form HERE (you will need to free Adobe Acrobat Reader). To download, right-click (Mac users, Control-click) on the word "Download" and choose "Save As" to save to your hard drive.

Fill out the form and mail, with your conference fees, to the address at the bottom of the form.

To register online:

Visit our Online Registration HERE and fill out the form.

Payment options: you may pay online via PayPal, or print the form and mail it with your check to the address on your confirmation email.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print and bring this confirmation email with you to the conference.
