Dan Kline and Kay Strom to Keynote the October 18, 2008 one-day Conference to be held at Multnomah Bible College, Portland, Oregon.
Dan Kline and Kay Strom are a dynamic husband and wife team. Kay loves to write, and she loves to share what she writes about. Guess you'd call her a natural-born communicator! Author of 34 books and numerous magazine articles, Kay's work has appeared in many compilations and book clubs, and around the world in many languages. She has recently completed the scripts for two movies and is hard at work on a historical biography and a historical novel trilogy. In addition to her writing, Kay is an articulate, personable, and dynamic speaker, sought after for keynote presentations and special events around the country. Kay Strom’s books include: Harvest of Hope: Stories of Life-Changing Gifts, Daughters of Hope: Stories of Witness and Courage in the Face of Persecution (Co-authored with Michele Rickett of Sisters in Service)
Dan has received overwhelmingly outstanding evaluations from the more than 100,000 people he has addressed in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Great Britain, Spain, Russia, the Netherlands, Poland, Kuwait, Australia, Malaysia, China, and Japan. Dan's relaxed, easy style and sense of humor win audiences over. Even the difficult how-to's such as grappling with the confusing rules of grammar, syntax, and punctuation seem easier to understand. His audiences frequently comment on his powerful stage presence, commitment to values and principles, and their surprise at how these topics can be informative, educational and entertaining all at the same time!
Dan Kline and Kay Strom have co-authored two books on marriage and couples' relationships: The Savvy Couple's Guide to Marrying After 35, Hand in Hand: Devotions for The Later (and Lately) Married.
