Step 1: Entry
Fill out one entry form per submission. Per contest rules, entries must adhere to contest guidelines. You can choose from the following entry forms:
Step 2: Payment
You may pay by check or money order with each entry form (you’ll find the mailing address on the form). If you would prefer to pay online, you may do so by visiting our Cascade Contest Online Payment Page. Please note that paying online does not constitute an entry, only payment for your entries. You will still need to submit separate entry forms for each submission.
Step 3: Submission
If your submission is a published book, you must mail three (3) copies of your book, along with the entry form and payment (unless paid online) to the address on the entry form. (Finalists will be asked to submit two extra copies of their books.)
All other submissions must follow the electronic submission process.
