With the new facilities at our new location, how will the meals work? I appreciated eating lunch and dinner as a group so the conferees can get to know the faculty better. Will this still be possible in 2013? Any idea about the costs for that?

    Hi, Terri –

Good news! Here’s the official word from our Conference Director:

As in the past, conferees and faculty will have the opportunity to eat together at lunch and dinner. The cost of the lunches and dinners from Monday evening through Wednesday evening is included in your tuition.

Conferees will be “on their own” for breakfasts. Commuters usually choose to eat at home, and those lodging onsite will have several options. Each guest room has a microwave oven and refrigerator, so people can bring their own breakfast fare. There is a coffee bar in the lobby that stocks other items and the full-service restaurant at the hotel is available, as is room service. There is a Burger King right across the street, as well as a Safeway (with a Starbucks in it) where conferees may want to purchase breakfast items. Denny’s is also another nearby restaurant option.

    See you in August!

Thanks for the quick answer. I’m glad to hear how it’s going to work so I’ll know how to plan. Very excited! Thanks again.
